Program Weekend on sailboat Amalfi and Amalfi Coast

Day 1
From Agropoli to Amalfi
Our cruise on the Amalfi Coast begins with boarding in the afternoon in Agropoli.
Accommodation on board.
Welcome greeting and presentation of the crew, illustration of the cruise itinerary and life on board.
With the galley already done, we leave for Amalfi where we are expected to arrive in the late evening. Dinner on board or in one of the characteristic local restaurants.
Day 2
Amalfi, Cathedral of Sant'Andrea and the Paper Museum
Visit of Amalfi to learn about the ancient Maritime Republic in its ravines, along the alleys, up and down the stairways.
A must visit to the monumental complex of the Cathedral with the Basilica of SS. Crucifix, the Campanile, the Crypt and the Cloister of Paradise.
A must is the tasting of the local pastry, a sfogliatella or a lobster tail or a lemon delight, all accompanied by a better “sfusato amalfitano” known as “Limoncello”.
Dinner on board or in a restaurant. Overnight in the port.
Day 2
Amalfi, Cathedral of Sant'Andrea and the Paper Museum
A must visit to the monumental complex of the Cathedral with the Basilica of SS. Crucifix, the Campanile, the Crypt and the Cloister of Paradise.
A must is the tasting of the local pastry, a sfogliatella or a lobster tail or a lemon delight, all accompanied by a better “sfusato amalfitano” known as “Limoncello”.

Day 3
From Amalfi to Cetara and return to Agropoli
The return begins with the discovery of the Coast: the Natural Arch and the Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini. Arrival in Cetara, an ancient village in a small basin at the foot of Mount Falerio which owes its name to the “Cetari”, the formidable tuna hunters of Etruscan descent. Cetara is known for fishing for tuna and anchovies and for their processing that goes back to the Roman tradition of garum, reworked over the centuries and re-proposed as a typical local product. Lunch on board or at the restaurant. Immediately after we leave for Agropoli. Arrival in the evening. Dinner on board or at a restaurant for a pizza and a taste of the famous buffalo mozzarella. Following visit to the historic center of Agropoli.
