Agropoli, a charming city in the province of Salerno, represents the gateway to the Cilento coast and is halfway between the landings of the Sorrento Peninsula and the port of Capo Palinuro.
The City of Agropoli, one of the pearls of the Cilento coast, with its still unspoiled natural beauty and rich in archaeological remains, represents, in the southern area of Campania, an ideal starting point for interesting sailing excursions to reach places of excellence from a tourist point of view, landscape and cultural.
Port Services
The Agropoli Tourist Port s equipped with all essential services for the yachtsman and its facilities allow to ensure maximum assistance to our customers and crews in transit. Token-operated toilets and showers are available in the “services” building located at the root of the breakwater.
From 2015 the laundry service is also available, which can also be activated with tokens. Special signs indicate the costs. Also, it is close to the city center which is within walking distance. For the galley some supermarkets provide the delivery service on board, the same service is provided by some pizzerias.
We provide direct assistance for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work on sailing boats.
How to get
To reach us and set sail:
By car: A2 Salerno – Reggio Calabria motorway (Battipaglia exit) + S.S.18 (Battipaglia – Agropoli 28 Km)
By train: Rome-Naples-Reggio Calabria railway line
By air: Napoli Capodichino Km. 105
We can organize transfers from/to Capodichino with private minibus according to your needs.
Information for those coming from Rome:
We recommend the train to move from Rome to Agropoli and vice versa, especially for weekends. There are direct connections from Termini to Agropoli and vice versa with Intercity trains and, in the summer, with the Frecciarossa trains. There are also connections with change that allow those who are at work on Friday afternoon to leave Rome even at 19:45.
For the return on Sunday evening, then, leaving Agropoli at 7:45 pm, it is possible to be in Rome before midnight.
Private Taxi Service:
We will then take care of coordinating the transfers through a private taxi service to reach the Port of Agropoli, the railway station and other popular destinations.
