Sailing and mozzarella, freedom and taste
Conceived together with the dairy “The Zizzona” of Battipaglia, we offer this tasty program to discover and savor the Vela and buffalo mozzarella from Campania, a precious and unique asset of our territory.
By joining ours proposal you can live a unique experience that combines the passion for the sea with that for quality food: on the one hand the Vela, expression of nature and freedom, on the other the Mozzarella, an explosion of taste with the most delicious of foods del Cilento, the Italian white gold.
Day 1
Agropoli
– 04:30 pm: Boarding, accommodation on board, welcome cocktail and … leave the moorings for a sail to meet the sunset;
– 06:00 pm: Apericena on board;
– 08:30 pm: Return to port. Free evening to visit the historic center of Agropoli, the ancient village perched on the characteristic promontory that overlooks the built-up area of the modern town in a tangle of narrow streets and alleys, which suddenly open onto the sea. It is accessed through the “stairways” (one of the very few examples of well-preserved “stepped ascents” in Campania) that lead to the medieval entrance door, decorated with battlements and surmounted by the imposing marble coat of arms of the city, and to the Aragonese Castle;
– 10:00 pm: Return by boat for overnight stay on board.
Day 1

Day 2
Battipaglia - Zizzona Tour
– 09:00 am: After breakfast on the boat, transfer to Battipaglia (Salerno) for the “Zizzona Tour” program;
– 09:30 am: First stop on the route, dedicated to visiting a buffalo farm, near Eboli (SA), where you will have the opportunity to attend milking operations;
– 11:00 am: Arrival at Dairy The Farm – The Zizzona of Battipaglia, specialized in the ancient dairy tradition of the production of buffalo mozzarella. The “Zizzona of Battipaglia” represents an exclusive product, a buffalo milk mozzarella with a shape that resembles a prosperous breast and therefore larger than a traditional mozzarella. The company has created and registered a special brand, whose popularity is also linked to the film “Welcome to the South”; during which the various stages of processing of the “zizzona”;
– 01:30 pm: The tour ends with lunch at the “Zizzona Village” with dishes based on “zizzona”, dairy products, salami and buffalo meat.
Cost of the program: € 180.00 per person*
(*) The costs were calculated on the basis of a minimum number of 8 paying passengers per boat. If the number of participants is lower, it will be necessary to recalculate the quotas.
